RESERVATION
The Visitation Booking System enables users to reserve a visitation room at the Shimane Asahi Social Reintegration Center.
As preparations for the new system are still underway, reservations are currently accepted by telephone only.

Telephone reservations are accepted Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Important Notice
This system allows users to reserve a visitation room; however, a reservation does not guarantee that the visit itself will take place.

Reservation Window for Visitation Rooms
Reservations must be made at least three days prior to the desired visitation date and may be scheduled up to one month in advance. Reservations cannot be made for Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays. Please make your reservation well in advance.
To make a reservation, you will need the ID and password issued to you at your previous visit.
Note: Visitation is not available on Sundays, Mondays, public holidays as defined by the Act on National Holidays, January 2nd and 3rd, or December 29th–31st. Reservations may, however, be scheduled on the fifth Monday of the month.
Reservation Time Slots for Visitation Rooms
Each reservation is for a 60-minute time slot; however, this does not represent the actual time allowed for the visit.
Number of Visitation Room Reservations Allowed
A maximum of two reservations per week (Tuesday to Saturday) may be scheduled. However, as there are limits on the number of visits permitted per inmate each month, a reservation does not guarantee that the visit itself will take place.
Hours Visitation Room Reservations are Accepted
Reservations can be made during the following hours:
・9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
・1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Visitation Check-in Hours
Visitors may check in during the following hours:
・8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
・1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Note: Visitors with a reservation must complete check-in at least 30 minutes prior to their reserved time.
